As Decorex marked its 47th edition at Olympia London, the fair once again confirmed its place at the heart of the luxury interiors calendar. Among 280 of exhibitors, a few stands stood out — recognised by the judges for their artistry, innovation, and ability to tell a story through design. Visualista highlights the most compelling among this year’s award winners.
Bert Frank — Best Space Only

British lighting brand Bert Frank won Best Space Only for a stand that reimagined industrial heritage through an architectural lens. Designed by Brian Woulfe, the stand combined a bold fusion of textures, molten metal tones, sculptural scaffolding and arches — all built for re-use. The result: a sculptural space that captured the brand’s Art Deco twist and commitment to craftsmanship made in Britain.
Novocastrian — Best Newcomer

For its debut showing, Novocastrian presented a refined selection of metal furniture, mirrors and lighting, crafted in its North East England workshop. The stand’s calm materiality and architectural restraint embodied modern British making — quietly luxurious, beautifully resolved.
Holmes Bespoke — Best Shell Scheme

Holmes Bespoke transformed its space into a tactile landscape of colour and texture, showcasing hand-crafted rugs that merged artistry with precision. The brand’s refined sense of composition and material earned it the Best Shell Scheme award.
Granorte — Circularity Award

Portuguese brand Granorte received the Circularity Award for its inventive use of cork waste from the country’s wine industry. By transforming by-products into flooring, wall coverings and sculptural design pieces, the brand redefines sustainability as a process of creative renewal — tactile, intelligent, and inherently circular.
Joss Stoddart Design — Planet Conscious Award

A standout in this year’s sustainability category, Joss Stoddart Design was recognised for its transparent, locally rooted approach to furniture-making. Working exclusively with native hardwoods sourced through traceable means, the studio demonstrated how integrity and design excellence can coexist.
